Raspberry Brie Salad

Dressing: 
½ Cup Oilve Oil 
¼ Cup Raspberry Wine Vinegar 
2 Tsp. Sugar 
1 Clove Garlic, Crushed 
Salt & Pepper to Taste 
 
6 Cups Mixed Greens 
1/3 Cup Toasted Slivered Almonds 
1 Cup Raspberries 
150 g. Brie Cheese, cut in pieces 
 
Toss together with dressing (you won’t need to use all of the dressing).
